Vinjak from Podrum Palić is a carefully selected blend of wine distillates from the finest varieties of white grapes from the Palić region, aged in French oak barrels for at least three to five years.

It is enjoyed lightly, without ice, in a wide glass, so that the heat of the hand holding the glass warms it and releases its fragrant notes.

This brandy, produced by distilling quality wine, has patiently absorbed its aromas during years of aging, in order to obtain its rich and distinctive taste. Served at room temperature, it warms up over time and releases all its complex notes, so it should be enjoyed lightly.
