Description: Kovilj Monastery Apricot is a premium brandy made according to an ancient recipe in the Kovilj Monastery farm from carefully selected apricot fruits from its own plantations. Ripe apricot fruits are cleaned and ground and left to ferment for 3 weeks. It is produced in the traditional way, by double distillation and is aged for at least three years in the monastery cellar. Crystal clear, transparent color, with an intense fruity smell and taste of apricot. The taste is full, complex, balanced and nicely rounded with a long and warm finish.
