Salto Pale Ale is an unfiltered, unpasteurized golden-yellow ale with lots of aromatic hops. It is characterized by a balance of tropical notes of hops (such as grapefruit, tangerine, zove) and soft, pleasant bitterness. Salto Pale Ale is inspired by the American IPA style (India Pale Ale), has a distinctly strong hop aroma, but lower alcohol content and less bitterness than a classic IPA beer. The result is a drinkable, balanced, refreshing beer full of flavor.
