Aura Biska 0.70

Biska is a traditional Istrian herbal brandy. The Aura distillery in Buzet makes it from yellow mistletoe leaves picked from oak trees, macerated for six months in komovica (grape pomace brandy).

Caramel-brown, with a rich nose led by chestnut honey and cinnamon, with hints of clove and anise. Warm, elegant, off-dry and rounded. Serve chilled to 8–10 °C, without ice, as a digestif.
