Description
Intense deep red color with a purple sheen and a rich aroma of ripe forest berries, dominated by
notes of ripe plum, balsamic and licorice, with hints of cocoa and mint in the background. It is recommended with red meats, various types of roasting, lamb, veal and pork, as well as with old overripe cheeses.
