Nordes Gin is a Spanish gin that has become famous for its originality and distinctive approach in the gin world. It is produced by the company Atlantic Galician Spirits, located in Galicia, in the northwest of Spain. This gin stands out for its unconventional ingredients and regional influences.

Nordes Gin is distilled using the traditional alembic method, and is particularly famous for the use of white algae, known as "luza atlantica", which grows along the coast of Galicia. This algae adds a specific marine character to gin. In addition to algae, Nordes also uses classic botanical ingredients such as berries, cardamom and coriander, creating a harmonious harmony of aromas.

The aromas of Nordes Gin include citrus tones, fruity notes and mild spiciness, while the taste has freshness and subtle saltiness. This gin is known for its complexity and smoothness, which attracts gin lovers all over the world.

Nordes Gin is often recommended for consumption in classic gin and tonic cocktails, and can also be used in various other gin cocktails. Its unusual combination of ingredients and regional stamp contribute to its uniqueness among gins.
