Kalem Šljiva Požegača 0.70

Kalem is the rakija line of the Frug winery and distillery on Fruška gora. This slivovitz is made from Požegača, a prized local plum rich in sugar and aroma. It is double distilled the traditional way, with fermentation managed so the stones add no bitterness, and aged in oak barrels for an amber colour and notes of vanilla and wood.

Full and harmonious, with a long finish. Serve at room temperature (16–18 °C) with starters, Fruška gora charcuterie, dark chocolate or prune desserts.
