Description
Filigran Game is a red wine from the Gamay grape, made in the cellar of Bukovo Monastery near Negotin, in the Negotin region, where vines have been tended for centuries. Bukovo wines are made by spontaneous fermentation, with hand punch-downs and close care for the fermentation temperature.
Gamay is known for light, fresh, fruity reds with red-berry aromas – an easy-drinking wine that suits lighter dishes, white meat and cheese.
