In addition to the name it bears, we are particularly proud of the balance of this beer. By combining Amarillo, Cascade and Centennial hops, we got a floral-fruity bouquet with a harmonious character that fits perfectly with a light caramel-biscuit body. Thanks to the long aging period, the alcoholic notes are skillfully softened, so this beer is an excellent choice for long parties with friends.
