Aurum is the top extra virgin olive oil blend of the Istrian house Salvela, from early-harvested olives of the Barbariga terroir near Vodnjan. The olives are milled the same day below 24 °C and the oil is stored under nitrogen. Highly rated in the Flos Olei guide. 500 ml bottle.
