Poli Distillerie Grappa di Sassicaia 0.70

A grappa from the pomace of the famous Sassicaia wine of Tenuta San Guido in Bolgheri, Tuscany – the fruit of a thirty-year partnership between Jacopo Poli and the Marchese Incisa della Rocchetta. Distilled by hand in copper stills, then aged in oak casks that previously held Sassicaia wine.

Toasted hazelnuts, peanuts and dark chocolate on the nose. Serve at 18–20 °C in a tulip glass. In a metal tube.
