Sarpa di Poli is a young white grappa from Merlot and Cabernet pomace. "Sarpa" is the Venetian word for grape pomace – the raw material of grappa. Distilled by hand in small batches in steam-heated copper stills.

A pleasantly grassy nose of freshly cut grass, with wine notes and red flowers – geranium, rose and violet. Robust, almost rustic, yet elegant. Serve chilled to 10–15 °C. In a metal tube.
