Description
UvaViva Italiana is not a pomace grappa but a distillate of whole grapes – aromatic Malvasia and white Muscat. Distilled by hand in small batches in a bain-marie still.
The nose recalls a basket of white grapes, apples, apricots and pears, with orange blossom. Light and elegant. Serve chilled to 10–15 °C. In a metal tube.
