Description
Sarpa Oro is the aged version of Sarpa – a grappa from Merlot and Cabernet pomace, made since 1991. It matures in the underground cellars of the Poli distillery, home to almost 4,000 oak barriques of 225 litres.
Exotic fruit, vanilla, almonds and toasted hazelnuts on the nose. Serve at 18–20 °C in a tulip glass. In a metal tube.
